Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

Koba Boutique will use Australia Post for shipping and unfortunately do not have control of your order once it has been fulfilled and collected by Australia Post. Should you have any shipping concerns regarding an item you have purchased, you will need to contact Australia Post directly through their website: https://auspost.com.au/help-and-support. The team at Koba Boutique will be more than happy to assist with any information Australia Post may require regarding your order.

Shipping is only within Australia.

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that local pick up is not available. 

Our Australia Post Service offers delivery with safe drop or will be sent to the post office at the driver’s discretion. This means if you are not home at the time of the delivery, your order will be left in a safe place, so it is ready and waiting for you. Australia Post will also take a photo of where your order was left. If you have specific instructions on where you need your post delivered, please contact Australia Post with your tracking number and give them this information. Please be aware that any information or instructions left in the notes/comments section on a Koba Boutique order cannot be passed onto Australia Post as we are a separate service.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
