Returns Policy
At Koba Boutique we hope you love the item(s) you purchase from us, however if something isn't quite right, there is 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it for a store credit only. Please note, we do not offer refunds. A refund will only be provided if an item is assessed and deemed as faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed with swing tags and incidentals (i.e. spare buttons) still attached, and in its original packaging without the smell of perfume or deodorant. Please also ensure that care is taken when trying on the item as we are not able to accept returns with makeup stains. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that if we receive a returned item and deem it to be unsellable, it will simply be returned to the customer.
By Purchasing from Koba Boutique, you have accepted the possibility of slight variations in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different dependent on individual monitor settings.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, that the return postage will be at the customer's expense.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us at hello@kobaboutique.com.au within 14 days of receiving your item if you believe it to have a manufacturing fault. Please provide photos of the fault(s) so that we can evaluate the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please choose carefully as there is strictly no returns on Clearance items (unless item is deemed as faulty).
